Did you know

If your smoke alarm is sounding, it’s doing its job! There are several reasons why an alarm might go off, with the most obvious being a fire. If you’ve confirmed there’s no fire but the alarm is still activated, something else has triggered it. In 99% of cases, this is due to an environmental issue and is not a warrantable claim.

To help identify the cause, please check out our blog, “No Fire! Why Is My Alarm Going Off?” After reviewing the diagnostic checklist at the bottom of the blog page, if you’ve ruled out all suggested issues and still need assistance, please complete the warranty claim form.

Keep in mind that if a warranty claim is submitted and deemed unwarrantable, a call-out fee could apply.
