Product Description
A photoelectric, 10 year sealed lithium battery smoke alarm. No wiring required for installation and no need to ever change the battery.  The smoke alarm includes a test/hush button and visual indicators. The R10 smoke alarm is approved and certified to meet AS3786:2014. The smoke alarm is 140mm diameter making it a perfect size when replacing faulty or expired alarms.

How do I install a smoke alarm?
All hard wired alarms must be installed by a licensed electrician. Battery Operated Smoke alarms are a simple twist-and-go system. You attached the base to the roof and simply twist the smoke alarm into the base to turn it on. Following the guidelines online or in the manual in terms of distance from the walls fans etc
How long does the battery on an R10 Last?
The R10 has an inbuilt 3v battery that will last 10 years.
When the battery runs out where can I get a replacement?
At the end of the battery alarm the entire unit will need to be replaced. Its recommended that all smoke alarms are replaced after 10 years.
